Special event bartending in Western NY starts around $500 and scales with guest count, hours, number of bartenders and any custom builds like champagne walls. Every proposal is custom.
Can you provide a Certificate of Insurance?
Yes — we routinely name venues and organizations as additional insured on our $2M liquor liability policy. Send us the requirements after booking.
Do you do fundraisers and non-profits?
Yes — we work with WNY non-profits regularly, and we're happy to discuss cause-based pricing for the right event.
Can you scale to large guest counts?
