What areas of Western New York do you serve?+
We provide mobile bartending across Rochester, Buffalo, Syracuse, and every surrounding suburb — Pittsford, Fairport, Amherst, Orchard Park, Skaneateles, Manlius, Webster, Williamsville and beyond.
How much does a mobile bartender cost in Western NY?+
Packages start around $450 for smaller events (up to 50 guests) and scale with guest count, hours of service, and package tier. Every quote is flat-rate — no surprise fees.
Do you supply the alcohol?+
In New York State, hosts purchase the alcohol themselves. We bring licensed bartenders, full bar setup, mixers, garnishes, ice, and glassware — and we send you an exact shopping list based on your guest count.
Are you licensed and insured?+
Yes. All of our bartenders are TIPS-certified and we carry $2 million in liquor liability insurance recognized by venues across Western New York.
How far in advance do I need to book?+
For weddings we recommend 6–9 months out. Private parties and corporate events can typically be booked 3–6 weeks in advance, but weekend dates in peak summer fill quickly.
What's included in your standard packages?+
Every package includes professional bartenders, bar tools, glassware, all mixers, garnishes, ice, and a custom cocktail menu — plus full setup and breakdown.
Can you create custom signature cocktails?+
Absolutely — signature cocktails are one of our specialties. We'll design 1–3 drinks tailored to your event theme, colors and taste.
Do you travel to venues outside the main cities?+
Yes — we cover all of Western New York including the Finger Lakes region, Southern Tier, and Central NY. Travel fees apply beyond 30 miles from Rochester, Buffalo or Syracuse.
Do you serve non-alcoholic events?+
Yes. We build beautiful mocktail menus for dry weddings, corporate wellness events, and family gatherings.
How do I book?+
Fill out our quote form or call us. We respond within 24 hours with a custom proposal. A signed contract and 25% deposit secures your date.
